Estates and Probates Law
Attorney Doug Watson is responsible for the office’s probate matters. All administration of estates is handled on an hourly basis -- unlike some other law offices, the estate is not charged a percentage of the assets. A special interest of the office is probate litigation, including will contests, partition of land, and estate litigation.
